25 Things You Didn't Know {about me}

01. I've never traveled outside of New England.

02. I have been designing websites for almost ten years. I taught myself coding, HTML and graphic design by doing online tutorials.

03. Even after all these years, my favorite movie is still 'Big' with Tom Hanks.

04. Two of my favorite places to go are Joann Fabrics and Michaels. I have always been a crafty person and could walk around those stores for hours.

05. I can curl my tongue.

06. I had a tweezing accident with my eyebrows in 11th grade. I overplucked them and had to draw my eyebrows on every morning for almost a year.

07. Hands down, my all-time favorite show is the Golden Girls (you can stop laughing now) I still watch the re-runs every night when I go to bed.

08. I have had a birthday party every single year since birth, even to this day. Even if it is just myself and my parents, we still get a cake and put up decorations. I do the same for them each year.

09. I'm an only child.

10. I was a mischievous kid. I was always getting into trouble at school and spent many long afternoons from 1st through 3rd grade with my desk dragged out into the hallway. My 1st grade teacher wrote on one of my papers (which my Mom still has) "No tapping, No talking, No thinking of ways to misbehave".

11. I love to read but never do.

12. I was born with a massive headfull of hair. We're talking Don King style. I never lost my baby hair; it just kept on growing. I had a bob at age two and by the time I was three years old, my hair was down my back. ( I will post pictures).

13. I joined the concert choir in junior high...and then lip-synched through every performance because I didn't want anyone to hear me sing.

14. My favorite color is and has always been purple.

15. I love to cook and I ain't half bad at it ;) Baking, however, is not my strong suit.

16. My grandmothers nickname for me growing up was happy girl. At one point in my teens I loved smiley faces and every time one of my family members saw something with one in the store they bought it for me.

17. Favorite food is Sweet & Sour chicken.

18. I am a huge animal lover. I have always said if I ever hit the lottery, I would buy a huge piece of land and open an animal sanctuary.

19. I love music. My two current favorites are John Mayer and Kings of Leon.

20. Every single year my family watches the movie 'A Christmas Story' during the 24 hour marathon on TBS.

21. I failed my first road test to get my drivers license. The guy from the DMV said I ran a stop sign because I didn't come to a complete stop. I still disagree.

22. My cat couldn't meow for the first four years of his life. He is now 8 years old and meows just fine, but there are still times when he'll open his mouth and nothing comes out. Or he squeaks.

23. I never got my wisdom teeth.

24. I've always been very independent and I am perfectly happy being single.

25. I am a licensed Nail Technician.
